Role Overview
Responsible for managing medical insurance endorsements, ensuring accurate processing, timely coordination with insurers and clients, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle medical insurance endorsements including additions, deletions, corrections, certificates, and insurance cards.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal teams for endorsements and group medical policy placements.
  • Review and verify policy documents, tables of benefits, invoices, certificates, and cards before client dispatch.
  • Submit, monitor, and follow up on endorsement and placement requests through insurer portals and official channels.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports for all placements and endorsements.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to reconcile premiums, invoices, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations, insurer guidelines, AML, KYC, and UBO requirements.
  • Assist clients with documentation, follow-ups, and clarifications.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Insurance.
  • Strong working knowledge of medical insurance endorsements and insurer portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar medical insurance role is mandatory.
